Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvement and standardization across fleet, safety, compliance, and maintenance workflows.
- Define and implement KPIs and dashboards to track performance at site, regional, and company levels.
- Lead cross-functional programs with Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, and Product teams.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
- Proven track record of leading complex initiatives from problem definition to execution.
