Role Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Amazon account management across assigned portfolio and execute strategic plans.
- Monitor Amazon accounts for accuracy, performance, and optimization opportunities.
- Manage merchandising updates, catalog hygiene, listing optimizations, and retail operations.
Client & Internal Support:
- Prepare client-facing materials including decks, reporting, recaps, and action plans.
- Partner with media, retail, creative, and sales teams to support account growth initiatives.
- Take detailed notes on client calls, track action items, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Growth & Development:
- Identify optimization opportunities within assigned accounts and flag them to leadership.
- Support business reviews and internal reporting processes.
- Stay up to date on Amazon updates, platform changes, and marketplace trends.
