Role Overview:
- Own the Customer P&L across retail and institutional, driving LTV:CAC, approved-to-paid, and churn.
- Lead Growth, Client Coverage, Mission PMs, and Product Design as one team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow assets through balance-sheet products priced with Finance and Risk.
- Win the right members and retain them by owning CAC and client coverage.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years in senior leadership in digital banking, fintech, or payments.
- Crypto-native with hands-on experience and Customer P&L ownership.
