Strategic Partnerships Manager

Manage the full lifecycle of partnership contracts including drafting, negotiation, renewals, and amendments. Support both international partnerships and U.S. strategic partners by ensuring timely execution of agreements and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams to align contracts with business goals. Develop scalable processes for contract management, documentation, and tracking across multiple markets. Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor partnership performance and contract efficiency. Stay informed of industry trends, particularly in pharmaceuticals and telehealth, to inform partnership strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights on contractual risks, opportunities, and best practices.
