Associate, Business Systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily EDI transactions (850, 860, 856, 810) and resolve routine issues using existing procedures.
• Investigate EDI issues using portals, logs, and supporting artifacts, diving into flat files to identify data issues.
• Test and validate custom NetSuite solutions including scripts, workflows, saved searches, and custom records.
• Perform structured data cleanup in NetSuite across customers, items, and transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years experience in systems, operations, analytics, or technical support.
• EDI experience required; NetSuite exposure and AI exposure preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, comfortable with structured data and files.
• Willing to troubleshoot and find solutions, take leadership, and handle projects through completion.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range $85,000 - $100,000 + 15% annual bonus.
