Job Description

The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition process from start to finish. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and interview processes, conducting phone screenings, and updating candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other proprietary systems. This role involves scheduling complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers.

The administrator will also be responsible for executing the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters, presenting offers to candidates, and coordinating background, medical, and reference checking processes. Additional duties include arranging travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidates, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing other administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
