Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing new client relationships, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth in the staffing industry. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with clients, and collaborating with internal recruiting teams to deliver top talent to clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US Staffing and Recruiting market. Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers, MSPs, and VMS contacts . Respond to RFPs/RFQs and negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements. Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) and industry networking events. Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and reports to senior management.
