Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Design customized solutions leveraging the SaaS platform to meet unique requirements.

Key Functions:

  • Configure and customize the SaaS solution to align with client workflows.
  • Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to the SaaS platform, ensuring data integrity.
  • Coordinate integration efforts with other systems and platforms, including ERP and CRM.

Additional Duties:

  • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on how to use the SaaS solution effectively.
  • Manage the overall implementation project, including resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
