Job Description

Expand Atlassian's business and team in UKI as a Solutions Engineer, focusing on ITSM/ESM. You will solve customer problems and close enterprise deals. Work with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to comprehend customer needs, strategize winning sales cycles, deliver value-based demonstrations, and support enterprise Proof of Concepts. Responsibilities include driving customer journeys, assessing client pain points, mapping requirements to capabilities, and aligning account plans with customer outcomes. Furthermore, delivering presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to customers and prospects, while collaborating with product management to advance product lines and provide feedback. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting role and have a track record of delivering successful customer outcomes. Deep knowledge of the ITSM/ESM domain in the UKI market is preferred.
