The Role:

  • Lead Retail Media GTM and global market expansion at QSIC.
  • Build the retailer marketing function from the ground up as the first dedicated hire.
  • Report directly to the Head of Global Marketing.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Own retailer-specific GTM strategy and execution across current retail media partners.
  • Lead market expansion into new geographies (LATAM, EMEA, and beyond).
  • Develop and execute retail media marketing campaigns that support media sales and deepen partner relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with meaningful time in retail media or adtech.
  • Experience at a startup or high-growth company with a builder's mindset.
  • Comfortable in client-facing settings and able to represent QSIC with credibility.
