Recruiting Coordinator

Position Overview:

• This role supports recruiting efforts across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions for a multi-site aerospace and defense platform.
• The coordinator executes core activities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient hiring outcomes and adherence to strict compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post jobs, source candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Track candidate activity in Lever ATS, maintain communication with hiring teams, and support offer process logistics.
• Contribute to onboarding coordination, early career program support, and data accuracy for audit readiness.

Qualifications & Benefits:

• Requires 3-4+ years of recruiting or coordination experience, familiarity with ATS systems, and strong organizational skills.
