Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify solutions to recruiting challenges throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand and post requisitions, accurately reflecting job requirements.
• Source top-level talent using various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Zip Recruiter.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience of recruiting with a heavy focus on technical roles.
• Strong background in sourcing, internet searching, compensation negotiation, and scheduling interviews.
• Previous experience recruiting for a government contractor.
