Senior Staff Recruiter - Contract

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for G&A functions and international roles, ensuring strong candidate pipelines.
• Champion DEI initiatives and manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to refine hiring approaches.

Required Qualifications:

• Possess 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on G&A roles and international hiring compliance.
• Demonstrate strong partnership and communication skills, with proficiency in ATS systems like Lever and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
