Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche positions, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
- Deploy advanced sourcing strategies and leverage AI tools to source passive, high-tier talent and improve conversion rates.
- Design and iterate on interview processes with structured assessments to evaluate genuine skill and predict job performance.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
- Proven track record in a high-growth startup or tech environment with hiring speed and quality.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodology, and advanced proficiency with ATS systems like Ashby.
Additional Details:
- The role requires exceptional closing skills for salary negotiations and counter-offers.
- Experience building employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing is considered a nice-to-have.
- Ability to hire across digital functions such as performance marketing, product, design, and engineering is advantageous.
