EDI Specialist

Why this role matters:

• Monitors production pipelines, catches failures before they reach clients.
• Works across internal departments and external vendors to keep transactions flowing correctly.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide operational support to production practices and issues and suggest areas for improvement.
• Monitor, review, troubleshoot, and correct EDI issues and make necessary changes to prevent the same issues from reoccurring.
• Coordinate with IT groups and external vendors to ensure effective services for reliability.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Basic knowledge of EDI transaction types.
• Ability to quickly gain a solid understanding of DentalXChange processes and applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
