Account Management
Aftermarket Development:
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market
- Develop action plans to manage and grow the OEM business
- Manage aftermarket distribution channels for assigned territories.
OEM Account Management:
- Manage all aspects of the relationship between them and Topcon Agriculture.
- Present Topcon Agriculture’s capabilities to solve and satisfy customer needs
- Define customer project needs and communicating them to the appropriate Topcon Agriculture personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- 6/7 years of experience in AG sector, Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience managing and retaining key accounts
- Previous experience in the precision agriculture sector is mandatory
