Aftermarket Development:

  • Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market
  • Develop action plans to manage and grow the OEM business
  • Manage aftermarket distribution channels for assigned territories.

OEM Account Management:

  • Manage all aspects of the relationship between them and Topcon Agriculture.
  • Present Topcon Agriculture’s capabilities to solve and satisfy customer needs
  • Define customer project needs and communicating them to the appropriate Topcon Agriculture personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6/7 years of experience in AG sector, Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing and retaining key accounts
  • Previous experience in the precision agriculture sector is mandatory
