Senior Technical Support Engineer (Kubernetes)

Responsibilities:

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues for private cloud deployments using OpenStack, Kubernetes, and other cloud technologies.
• Reproduce customer issues in a lab environment, confirm bug reports, and provide detailed information to the development team.
• Provide engineering support for product issue escalations and take ownership of critical customer issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in systems or operations engineering.
• Expert Linux system administration, troubleshooting skills, and deep understanding of highly available cloud-based infrastructure.
• Expert understanding of networking concepts, working knowledge of Kubernetes operations, and experience with shell scripting and automation.
• Ability to read and understand Python and Python logs, with knowledge of virtualization and distributed storage solutions.
