Operations Analyst

Process Documentation and Automation:

• Turn written, partially written, or verbally explained processes into clear, complete, repeatable documents.
• Run established processes like clockwork, refining steps and mapping logic for automation.
• Partner with AI Enablement to identify processes ready for automation and take on new ones as existing ones are automated.

Operational Execution and Reporting:

• Own recurring operational tasks across the Programs team, including pulling student lists, processing stipends, and tracking participation.
• Respond reliably to data and reporting requests with speed and accuracy.
• Manage student data, maintain retention reporting, and compile survey results into clear formats, applying a human lens to surface insights.

Student & Stakeholder Communications:

• Draft and send student communications through appropriate program inboxes.
• Coordinate outreach and notifications to free project owners and Chapter Success Managers from operational steps.
• Track responses and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
