About the Role:
- This role sits at the intersection of business operations and people operations, supporting our EMEA entities.
- You'll coordinate employment, IT, and administrative workflows with the Head of EMEA and global teams.
What You'll Do:
- Administer Dutch employment processes and coordinate with payroll, HR, accounting, legal, and corporate-service providers.
- Track external provider deliverables, maintain SOPs, and support security clearance administration.
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years in business operations, People Operations, or HR operations with Dutch employment administration experience.
- Fluent English and strong organizational systems for confidential records.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The FTE base salary range is €65,000–€78,000 per year, with potential equity and bonuses.
- This role may start part-time and be structured as employee or contractor.
