What You Will Do:
- Design, lead, and scale Form Health’s IT function.
- Own corporate IT infrastructure including identity management.
- Partner closely with Security leadership to ensure strong controls.
About You:
- 8+ years leading IT, Workplace Technology, or Enterprise Systems.
- Deep expertise in identity management, endpoint security, and SaaS administration.
- Strong operational mindset with a track record of building repeatable systems.
