Position Summary:
- Kyverna seeks a highly motivated Account Management Specialist to support the launch of an innovative cell therapy in autoimmune disease.
- This role owns commercial strategy and execution for assigned treatment centers and referral networks within the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast territory.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver against defined sales and account objectives while maintaining compliance and patient focus.
- Develop account-specific business plans, identify patient referral pathways, and support treatment-center readiness.
- Act as commercial quarterback, coordinating internal resources and providing market insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred with 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
- Experience in autoimmune disease, rheumatology, neurology, or cell therapy is essential.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts, influence without authority, and travel within territory.
Additional Information:
- The national salary range is $180,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus bonus and stock plan eligibility.
- Remote role with travel within the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region and nationally as needed.
