We’re looking for a driven, organized, and strategic recruiting professional to help us scale thoughtfully by leading and refining our end-to-end hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build structure without slowing things down, and is passionate about helping teams grow with the right people, systems, and tools in place. You’ll be responsible for overseeing recruiting workflows, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and partnering closely with both HR and hiring managers to streamline how we attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent. Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization, from intake through offer Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and establish clear interview processes Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other creative channels Facilitate a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely updates Coordinate and schedule interviews, leveraging Greenhouse Maintain clean, accurate candidate data in the ATS and produce reporting as needed Create job postings that reflect the Optimal Dynamics brand and attract high-quality applicants Assist in onboarding and hand-offs to HR once candidates are hired
