Job Description
The HR Business Analyst in Motive’s People Technology team acts as a liaison between various HR and People Operations teams to deliver technology solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements for HR systems like Workday, leading projects for process standardization and optimization, identifying and solving operational gaps, configuring and optimizing HR technologies, managing People Ops & Tech requests, reporting on HR data, participating in change management, and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
The analyst will act as the connector between People Operations, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and other teams to deliver holistic and consistent People technology solutions. They will analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within HR systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
