Senior Partner Deployed Engineer

The Role:

• You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead, serving as the technical authority within Coder's EMEA partner ecosystem.
• You will set the vision, co-create GTM sales plays, build demonstrations, and produce Partner Relations content that establishes Coder's technical brand.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as strategic thought partner to partner leadership, co-create sales plays, and develop workshops and enablement sessions as demand generation vehicles.
• Intervene on high-value deals, transform enablement into scalable LMS modules, and produce reference architectures and GTM playbooks.
• Build AI-powered self-service tools, produce monthly intelligence digests, and contribute to cloud marketplace and compliance efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, or Developer Relations at an infrastructure or AI company.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience with Kubernetes and Terraform, plus production experience with AI coding agents.
• Executive communication skills, ability to operate autonomously, and experience with partner ecosystems.
