Job Description
You will work closely with Account Managers to support our clients and carriers by managing day-to-day service tasks, processing renewals, and responding to policy-related inquiries. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring timely and accurate handling of insurance documents and communications.
In this role, you will monitor and process emails in agency inboxes, respond to client inquiries, process COI requests, and assist clients with insurance claims. You will also prepare and process renewal certificates, record client interactions, provide phone support, and participate in team meetings and continuing education.
The company is looking for someone with a High School diploma, an active Property & Casualty Insurance License, and previous customer service experience in insurance. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
