Accountabilities:

  • Own client relationships as the main point of contact, running meetings, setting agendas, sending timely recaps, and leading quarterly business reviews.
  • Communicate strategically with executives, presenting trade-offs, data-driven insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive retention and account expansion, managing renewals, upsells, scopes, budgets, and tracking expansion pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 4–5+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, digital PR, CRO, or organic growth, with agency experience preferred.
  • Experience managing B2B SaaS client accounts and familiarity with the SaaS business model.
  • Proven ability to translate work into measurable business outcomes for executives (CEOs, CMOs, VPs).
