Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls from members.
- Be a part of a team that manages all member inquiries.
- Own the member's journey, including researching and resolving complex cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of healthcare experience, OR 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience using VoIP phone systems and comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
- Robust knowledge with Google apps, Apple products, and CRM.
