Senior Contracts Counsel

StarRez, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Counsel to lead our growing legal contracts function, reporting directly to the Vice President of Legal. This leader will manage all aspects of our contracting lifecycle while mentoring a high-performing team of legal professionals. You will play a key role in shaping the legal backbone of our commercial operations—advising on technology and product matters (including AI), structuring partnerships, and supporting employment-related legal issues. This is a unique opportunity to help build a scalable contracts function for a global SaaS company while being deeply embedded in business decision-making.
