Contracts Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Analyst to join our team. The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating government contracts and subcontracts to support our government contracting processes. This critical role enhances our mission by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and successful contract completion. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in government contracts, particularly with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and California state agency contracts. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex government contracts, subcontracts, and amendments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including implementation, monitoring, amendments, and closeout, while maintaining a comprehensive repository of contract records. Partner with program, finance, and legal teams to ensure contract terms support programmatic and financial objectives.
