Talent Acquisition Specialist - Clinical

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Clinical), you will source and attract qualified therapists using diverse recruiting and sourcing methods. You will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, social media, job boards, and community outreach. Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies, you will also attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote opportunities. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and check references while maintaining accurate job postings and applicant tracking system records. It will also be your responsibility to provide regular updates on recruiting progress to leadership and stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts. You will also support other duties as assigned.
