About the Role:

  • Maintain product and infrastructure health in a monitoring-focused environment.
  • Investigate alerts and resolve or escalate incidents.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle 150-250 alerts per shift using Grafana and Zabbix.
  • Follow runbooks and support senior admins during incidents.
  • Take ownership of primary duty shifts after onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in system administration or related technical roles.
  • Strong Linux skills and experience with Zabbix, Grafana, and Jira.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and collaborate internationally.
