LightEdge’s Monitoring Engineer will provide courteous and professional deployment of LightEdge managed services while working directly with customers on complex projects. This includes configuration and troubleshooting of endpoint agent-based monitoring solutions and the development of supporting documentation.

As a NOC Engineer, you will be an entry point of communications for our customers and the first to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and recover the client's infrastructure. This role offers a good opportunity to develop your DevOps career by monitoring data centers, assessing faults, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues. You will follow NOC procedures and communicate with customers.
