What you'll do:

  • Monitor product and infrastructure health, handling 150-250 alerts per shift.
  • Analyze alerts using Grafana, Zabbix, and internal docs; fix or escalate.
  • Follow runbooks and support senior admins during incidents.

Who you are:

  • Have 2+ years in system administration, monitoring, NOC, or technical support.
  • Confident with Linux CLI, SSH/VPN, Bash, Zabbix, Grafana, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Ready for rotating shifts and B1+ English.
