Jr. NOC Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor all production networks, applications, and services.
• Respond to & resolve alerts/alarms according to standard operating procedures.
• Track all issues in a ticketing system and escalate as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of similar experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent monitoring and troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and networks.
• Good level of English (B2 or higher) and experience with tools like Splunk, New Relic, Grafana.
