- Design and deliver a cohort-based onboarding program.
- Plan and execute in-person onboarding immersion.
Requirements:
- Experience in employee onboarding, learning and development, or related people operations roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling onboarding programs.
- High quality instructional design skills.
