Strategic Leadership:

-Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for the provider network operations team.
Operational Management:
-Oversee provider enrollment, credentialing, and contracting.
-Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and accreditation standards.
-Conduct capacity studies and implement strategies to improve access.
Relationship and Communication:
-Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external providers.
-Maintain effective relationships with community stakeholders.
-Facilitate problem resolution and communication between providers, members, and internal teams.
