What you’ll do:
- Provide support in driving strategic partnerships with clients by applying knowledge of their products.
- Act as liaison between client and project teams, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
- Partner with Project Management Team to execute projects from initiation through closing.
What you should have:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
- 3-4 years of client/customer management experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; healthcare/biotech/pharma experience preferred.
