Client Services Director

About the Role:

• As a Client Services Director, you'll lead the strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of one Medical Affairs account and one Commercial account.
• You'll serve as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery of integrated medical communications programs.
• You'll also champion operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across your teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability across your portfolio.
• Partner with cross-functional teams like Scientific Services, Creative, Digital, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop Client Services team members in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Client Services experience within a medical communications agency, with experience leading Medical Affairs and/or Commercial pharmaceutical accounts.
• Proven success managing complex, strategic client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing account budgets, forecasting, and organic growth.
