Product Manager — Voice and Video Contributor

Role Overview:

• Participate in paid, recorded conversations with other product professionals.
• Discuss product discovery, strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, launch decisions, and success metrics.
• Help train and evaluate AI systems through real-world product debates.

What You’ll Do:

• Debate realistic product questions and defend your recommendations with evidence.
• Ask follow-up questions and explore alternative approaches with other participants.
• Revise your recommendation when new information warrants it.

What We’re Looking For:

• Professional product management experience with discovery, prioritization, or delivery.
• Ability to explain complex decisions clearly and support arguments with reasoning.
• Comfort with ambiguity, constructive disagreement, and unscripted conversation.

Compensation and Recording:

• Pay is $40–$100 per hour, with terms shared before accepting an assignment.
• Recordings may be licensed to AI developers for training under agreed terms.
• Requires a quiet environment, reliable internet, clear microphone, and webcam.
