What you'll do:
- Discuss onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewals, and account health.
- Debate strategies for low adoption, unhappy sponsors, missed milestones, and renewals at risk.
- Challenge peer recommendations and defend your own approach.
What we're looking for:
- Professional experience in customer success, implementation, strategic account management, or professional services.
- Strong spoken communication and ability to explain customer and business tradeoffs clearly.
- Confidence engaging in unscripted discussion and responding thoughtfully to disagreement.
Compensation and recording:
- Pay is $40–$100 per hour with terms shared before assignment.
- Recordings may be licensed to AI developers for training and evaluation.
- Need quiet environment, reliable internet, clear microphone, and webcam.
