Role Overview:
- Build, QA, and execute multi-channel patient engagement programs in Braze.
- Use SQL and Mode to track retention trends and measure program impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support experimental design and analysis tied to appointment attendance and patient retention.
- Partner across Clinical, Product, Insights, and Marketing to optimize the end-to-end patient journey.
- Apply behavioral science principles to message and journey design.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in CRM, engagement operations, or analytics.
- Working SQL skills and hands-on CRM or messaging platform experience.
- Genuine interest in behavioral science and proactive use of AI tools.
