Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and helping to drive pipeline growth. This role is ideal for a high-energy individual with a passion for sales, a strong ability to engage prospects, and an interest in the public safety and SaaS industries. Key responsibilities include prospecting & outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, CRM management, collaboration, and continuous learning. Experience should be 1-3 years of sales or customer service, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed with a persuasive and engaging approach.
