Job Description

The Government Video team consists of Fixed and Mobile Video. Motorola Solutions is one of the world's largest producers of in-car video systems, body-worn cameras, license plate reading technology and fixed surveillance video and access control. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for developing and executing winning strategies within an assigned territory, scheduling and leading customer meetings, and uncovering additional sales opportunities within existing accounts for all offerings. This role involves identifying and overcoming roadblocks, resolving product or service-related issues, and ensuring "Total Customer Satisfaction" through regular client follow-ups and promoting extended warranty programs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring client awareness, working with existing Solution Sellers, presenting products and demonstrating their uses, building a long term funnel engaging in competitive accounts and participating in state user group meetings. Candidates must reside within the assigned region, work from a home office, and be able to travel over 50% of the time.
