Job Description

You will own the end-to-end coordination of our recruiting operations, including managing our ATS (Ashby), sourcing and screening candidates based on role-specific criteria, scheduling interviews, keeping candidates and interview panels on track, documenting recruiting processes, and driving process improvements to streamline hiring. You’ll drive the process for hiring for a range of positions, including full-time and part-time team members, and project-based contractors. Your responsibilities include Recruitment Systems Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, Candidate Pipeline Oversight, Talent Sourcing and Job Postings, Candidate Experience, and Recruiting Process Optimization.
