Job Description
Provide operational support for various HR Systems to maintain timely, accurate HR system data. Provide Workday support with a focus on reporting, absence configuration, and business process optimization. The role involves day-to-day maintenance and process tasks within Workday, including loading inbound EIBs, maintaining time off and leave plans, accrual adjustments, creating new locations, updating job profiles and salary ranges. Seek continuous improvement of the quality of the HR systems including Workday, Ashby, CloudPay, and ADP WorkForceNow.
Build and maintain HR business processes and create reports and dashboards to drive manager, employee, and HRBP self-service globally. Create, update, and assist with the delivery of training, user guides, system workflows, and standard operating procedures. Reconcile, audit, and validate all People data to ensure integrity in all systems and reporting. Engage with the Workday community to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions to address business needs. Participate in HRIS projects related to process improvement, new functionalities, process upgrades etc., from requirement gathering, configuration, and testing through rollout stages.
