IT Support Instructional Assistant

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the lead instructor in teaching and administration of IT support classes.
• Grade assessments, enter grades into LMS, and update Salesforce data.
• Monitor class progress, manage schedules, and maintain classroom equipment.

Professional Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+ certification required.
• Passion for teaching and ability to adapt to changes.
• Strong verbal communication and team-oriented mindset.
