Job Description
The Area Sales Manager is repsonsible for leading a team of Specialty Sales Representatives (SSR) to achieve annual sales goals and provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance. Core responsibilities include recruiting and training, establishing team goals and strategies, and fostering relationships across the business. The manager will also participate in national sales strategy development, project teams, and budget management. Candidates must live within the Mid-Atlantic region. Preferred locations are Philadelphia, Baltimore or D.C.
