YOU WILL:
- Provide Ongoing Support: Serving as a consistent point of contact to help customers adopt core product features and achieve early success.
- Execute Proactive Engagement Programs: Including scheduled check-ins, adoption reminders, webinars and group training.
- Monitor Customer Health: Using data to identify customers who may need additional outreach.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a customer facing role.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-ups.
