Job Description
As a Principal Platform Architect, you'll be part of the Customer Outcomes team, accelerating platform adoption and improving customer outcomes through a portfolio of services. You will establish a solid technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that improve outcomes. Responsibilities include working with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions.
You will provide technical expertise, translate goals to outcomes into customer roadmaps, and translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints. Managing technical governance, ensuring instance health, and supporting the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements are also key aspects of the role.
