The Role:

The Implementation Specialist will provide implementation services to Datacor's growing customer base.
The role involves connecting the physical world & business processes to intuitive software solutions, and creating value for customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide implementation services related to the installation, configuration, testing, training and support of our ERP software at client sites, in our office, and via remote conferencing.
Meet with new and existing clients to analyze their business processes and consult on optimization of our software and their business needs.
Contribute to knowledge base updates and methodology improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with coursework in computer science, math, engineering, information technology, business, or related field or relevant industry experience.
2+ years of ERP hands-on, full-life cycle project implementation experience.
